Salary Structure:
• Salary & stipend credits last day of every month.
• Working Panda offers stipends of INR 300 per day during the training period. Thus, in the first 30-40 days, applicants will receive a total stipend of (30-40 days x INR 300).
Post Training:
• For Freshers: Effective starting salary is INR 12,776 per month, with an annual CTC of INR 17+,447.
• In the absence of a provident fund account, the in-hand salary increases to INR 13,100 per month while maintaining the same annual CTC.
• For Experienced: The in-hand salary is INR 15,400 per month, with an annual CTC of INR 20+,447.
• Experienced candidates must possess a minimum of one year of work experience in any field along with company credentials (either experience letter or offer letter and last month's salary slip).
Shifting:
• Rotational shifting after the training period.
• 6 Days work/1 day off.
Job Details:
• Provide day-to-day operational customer service via live chats and calls.
• Process service orders, answer questions, and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members, keeping the team informed of issue status by sharing information through communication tools provided by the client.
• Manage personal and customer support inboxes effectively and respond quickly to end-user requests based on service standards set for each customer.
Interview Rounds:
• One Google Meet video interview round on the induction day.
• HR video interview via Google Meet.
• PMAPS - Cognitive & Behavioral Test (Online).
• Chat & AQ - Video Interview.
• Typing Test.
• Process service orders, answer questions, and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members, keeping the team informed of issue status by sharing information through communication tools provided by the client.
• Manage personal and customer support inboxes effectively and respond quickly to end-user requests based on service standards set for each customer.

Pay: ₹12,800.00 - ₹15,400.00 per month
