This role is a Senior Data and Systems Administrator, Evidence, Outcomes and Information System position with the Victorian Department of Health.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Data and Systems Analyst will have a lead role in ensuring operations are compliant to relevant legislation, policies, and standards inherent to each system. This includes overseeing application support for the Gambler's Help IT case management system, technical support for cloud-based ICT infrastructure environments, and technical management of the GHPR websites, data base management, system administration, service desk management, systems analysis, and management of technical infrastructure and environments in conjunction with a managed service provider.

The role is also responsible for managing GHPR service system reporting data sets and integrating and analyzing service data across other Department services.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in managing and supporting web-based IT applications and databases hosted in the cloud.
An understanding of complex data sets and emerging technologies, including best practice IT security management practices.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within an IT service management and/or helpdesk environment using ITIL standards and processes.
A strong understanding of technical architecture and networking concepts, particularly in a cloud-hosted environment.
Experience in preparing and reviewing technical contracts and documentation.
