Senior Data Mart Developer

Analytics Saves at Work(aSaw) is looking for Senior DataMart developer with AWS experience for one of its clients. The client company is a US based organization. It is primarily into health care and Insurance domain and its headquartered in USA.

Job Objective:

You will be responsible for Designing and building DataMart & pipelines and assisting in database design and writing complex SQL queries.

Job Requirements:

⦁ Strong background in Database development and Data warehousing and ETL process and Reporting

⦁ Develop Applications using Databricks and Spark 3.x for ETL and Data pipelines, Workflows and notebooks for Data Ingestion.

⦁ Experience in Snowflake hierarchy – Identify, Access, users & Roles, Databases, Ownership and Context, Worksheets, Warehouses, SQL Insert Statements, File Formats, Stages, Copy into Loading, Semi-Structured Data including XML and JSON, Querying Nested Semi-Structured Data.

⦁ Hand-on Experience with snowSQL, snowpipe and snow CLI.

⦁ Knowledge in ETL pipelines in and out of the data warehouse using a combination of Python and Snowflake SnowSQL for writing SQL queries.

⦁ Experience in developing data integration and ingestion strategies, including Snowflake cloud data warehouse, AWS S3 buckets and loading nested JSON formatted data

⦁ Good understanding on snowflake cloud database architecture

⦁ Good knowledge and experience on loading JSON, parquet and CSV files data into snowflake

⦁ Cloud automation experience with Terraform.

⦁ Understanding of AWS networking with VPC, Subnets, Transit gateway, routing etc.

⦁ Experience in Kubernetes, Helm charts.

⦁ Experience on an Agile team using Scrum or Kanban
