Responsibilities

Audit the current CI/CD pipeline and identify bottlenecks, failures, and inefficiencies
Fix broken workflows and re-establish reliable automated build, test, and deploy processes
Integrate version control, code review, artifact storage, and deployment tooling seamlessly
Enhance security, observability, and rollback mechanisms in the pipeline
Document processes, best practices, and architectural decisions
Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to align goals and requirements
Provide guidance or transition knowledge to internal teams at the end of the engagement
Requirements

Proven experience in building, fixing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in production environments
Robust Experience with cloud platforms (AWS,) and their DevOps tools
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform,)
Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.)
Proficient with version control (Git) and software release processes
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and deployment strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$105,000 - CA$140,000.
