Job Description: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience in educational digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engage with prospective students, and ultimately increase enrollments.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our educational programs across various online channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.

2. Create and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase website traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates.

3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

4. Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.

5. Manage social media accounts and communities, engage with followers, and cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners.

6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in educational digital marketing.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and reach.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on educational marketing preferred.

3. Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

4. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different digital channels and audiences.

7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
