Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, data-driven, and aligned with broader marketing goals
Develop, deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution
Build and segment targeted audiences to maximize engagement and drive conversions within list based and automated campaigns
Monitor campaign calendars to ensure alignment with key business initiatives
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand campaign content (templates, landing pages, forms, etc.)
Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements, including subject lines, content, and CTAs
Use customer data, analytics and AI to personalize email content and improve engagement performance
Provide performance reports, analyzing key metrics like open rates, clicks, conversions, and revenue
Stay informed about email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

About the Role
