We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage digital ad campaigns across social, search and display platforms and ensure that strategies are aligned with business goals. You will be responsible to plan and execute paid campaigns, as well as optimization and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize, execute, and manage campaigns across multiple paid platforms, including Google and Facebook.
• Collaborate with creative and business teams to implement performance marketing strategies.
• Provide monthly performance marketing reports.
• Optimize targeting according to changing search trends.
• Conducting well-planned experiments to explore new channels and drive conversions.
• Report on ad/ media performance including CPL, CPA, ROI and ROAS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Track and build data-driven improvements for ad targeting/ media spending.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and Social.
• Experience in B2C lead generation campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Experience in Campaign Optimization (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc).
• Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Video, and campaigns and building data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
• Core understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modelling including pixel/tags creations and conversion setting.
• Good command over Google analytics, search, ad campaigns & optimizations.
• Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.
• Proven experience in understanding user journey/behaviour
