Our offerings centre around three core pillars: Mobile Location-Based Display Advertising, AI/ML-Powered Programmatic Advertising (including performance Display, Rich Media / Video Engagement, and Connected Television), and Mobile Location Intelligence for Business Insights. We cater to a diverse range of clients, including SMBs, SMEs and Full-Service Advertising Agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in both digital and OOH media sales, with experience working with brands, agencies, and retail partners. They will bring a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, leveraging programmatic advertising, mobile location intelligence, and digital display solutions, alongside traditional and digital OOH advertising strategies.
Position Overview
The Senior Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients across key verticals. Based in Vancouver or Calgary, this role reports directly to the VP of Sales and offers a competitive, uncapped commission structure with significant flexibility and rewards.
Responsibilities:
· Playbook: Develop a strategic and process driven approach to maximize lead generation and business development activities based on top categories, networking opportunities, and leveraging the RMG customer asset.
· Lead Gen: Effective and efficient Prospect outreach via Phone Calls, E-Mail, CRM Sequencing, LinkedIn, and Networking
· Sales Development Execution: Conduct Discovery Meeting, create Follow-up Proposals and close Contracts once all clients’ needs have been identified and addressed with RMG proven solutions.
· Meeting, Proposal and Sold Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve assigned monthly Meeting, Proposal and Sold Quota.
· Consulting with internal Digital Marketing team: Present client requirements to internal Digital Marketing Team and work collaboratively to design campaigns and results reports.
· Post campaign Analysis and Reporting: Present post-campaign insights and results to Clients and secure renewal business.
· Sales Activity Reporting: Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our CRM.
· Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells.
· HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Engagement: Full utilization of our HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools to maximize communication, customer value, business development and customer results.
Desired Experience:
· 5 – 7+ years of extensive digital experience with a strong focus on Programmatic Display (DSP), CTV, and Digital Out-Of-Home & Traditional Out-Of-Home advertising, achieving full fluency across all facets of digital media planning.
· Comprehensive understanding of digital media plans, with the ability to fully grasp all aspects of digital advertising campaigns (including attribution modelling, Conversion Rate Optimization, etc.).
· Established relationships with agency clients in Alberta, and an added benefit would be relationships in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
· Strong portfolio of key direct client relationships across both large and medium-sized accounts.
· Demonstrated versatility in client engagement, with the ability to seamlessly transition from small to large accounts and effectively connect with a diverse range of business types.
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, with the ability to lead teams to success in a dynamic digital advertising environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, CRM, and internet-savvy.

Pay: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
