Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director - Digital Marketing to own and drive our inbound product-led growth strategy across paid and organic performance channels. In this role, you will lead a team of marketers to execute and optimize digital ads, landing pages and SEO/SEM that delivers high-quality leads. Reporting to the CMO, this role is highly cross-functional and strategic and partners closely with leaders across sales, demand generation, marketing and product. The ideal candidate has experience in complex, multi-product B2B Saas organizations and a strong fluency in modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the execution of the plan across paid search, display, and SEO/SEM, including target outcomes, key metrics, and required resources to deliver.
• Accountable for the quarterly/yearly inbound pipeline goal across business units in partnership with the sales organization
• Work closely with brand marketing, web experience, sales and product leadership to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment.
• Utilize the analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Allocate budget across channels to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing spend.
• Work collaboratively to build, inspire, manage and grow a high-performing global team.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies. Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
• Inspire, hire and manage a team of high-performing marketers (and agencies) operationalizing our go-to-market strategy while still being hands-on. Mentor team members, help in the execution of their duties and ensure their professional skills are constantly improving.
• Execute the strategic planning of digital media campaigns to advance the company's goals while supporting communication plans of critical messages to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for media spending and mix to meet our KPIs. Analyze, monitor, and report on all campaigns, developing clear takeaways on channel effectiveness, next steps, and potential optimizations.
Qualifications
Requirements
• 10+ years marketing leadership experience managing $100M+ in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies
• Experience managing multiple agencies and vendors
• Managing high-velocity PLG growth models
• Experience running a global team
• Proven experience in scaling Inbound marketing, Product-led growth, lead management, and sales funnel management
• Demonstrated success and comfort driving global programs in multiple languages
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence and work collaboratively across organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
