Job description
As the Manager of Digital Solutions Team, you will lead a dynamic and diverse digital team of professionals, including a Cyber and Data Directors, GIS Specialist, Project Managers, Salesforce Delivery team (comprising a Salesforce developer and admin), and an ICT admin officer responsible for managing IT assets.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of ICT projects and services including robust business systems support. You will identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through the integration of ICT and business systems, while critically analysing business requirements to develop innovative solutions. Your leadership will drive process automation and improvements, manage stakeholder engagements, and cultivate a client-focused culture within the team.

You will oversee Cyber and Data maturity uplift programs, GIS technology enhancements and drive innovative solutions and improvements for the SLA Customer Relationship and Land Inventory Management system, Salesforce. Additionally, you will manage the administration and operation of the SLA’s information and records management system, Objective, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the ICT system.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in ICT and business systems, capable of delivering end-user services and maintaining whole-of-government business systems and technology infrastructure.
