Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks to promote and sell iServeU products and services.

- Identify and engage prospective banks to introduce targeted solutions and services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve assigned product or service targets.

- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of iServeU's product offerings, markets, and competitive landscape.

- Prepare and present proposals, and participate in finalizing commercial agreements.

- Support negotiations, structure deals, and close agreements that align with both bank needs and iServeU's service capabilities.

- Assist senior team members in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.

- Participate in promotional activities and initiatives to enhance the brand visibility of iServeU.

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals and objectives.

- Undertake other duties as assigned to support business development efforts.

Desired Qualifications and Knowledge:

- Enthusiasm and interest in Banking Sales and Relationship Management.

- Basic understanding of software/application sales or banking solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn about banking industry solutions and technology trends.
