Senior .NET Developer – Sheffield – Permanent – £75,000

.NET, C#, AWS, Azure, SQL

Uneek has partnered with a leading manufacturer based near Sheffield to support them in identifying a Senior .NET Developer to join their expanding production division. This is a hybrid position (1-2 office visits per week) based at their office near Sheffield.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and end users to deliver high-quality, feature-rich systems, focusing on automation and scalability. If you have a passion for robust application development and cloud technologies, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, feature-rich systems that automate business processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript, adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient solutions for internal business systems.
• Leverage AWS services for cloud deployment, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Design, optimise, and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs to enhance the functionality of production applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices to uphold high coding standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a C# Developer, ideally within internal business systems.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deployment and management.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) and SQL query optimisation.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Salary – Up to £75,000 plus healthy benefits package
• Location – Sheffield. Hybrid working structure – 1-2 days per week onsite
