EXPERIENCE - 5 to 8 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design and Development:
• Design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing applications and functionalities.
• Develop and implement integrations with other systems and applications.
Technical Expertise:
• Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 development, including experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and related technologies.
• Proficiency in coding languages like .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with low-code solutions using the Power Platform.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem Solving and Support:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Analyze and debug complex technical issues.
Testing and Deployment:
• Test and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Documentation:
• Created and maintained technical documentation for developed solutions.
Business Acumen:
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the customer service space.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with coding languages such as .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Platform and low-code development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
