Senior End User Technology Engineer

Job Description
This role involves providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support for technology hardware and software at Kainga Ora.

The key responsibilities include actively coaching and mentoring End User Technology Engineers on software, hardware security, operating models, and applications.

The team provides service between 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with some travel required between sites within the region.

About You
You will be an IT professional with advanced technical and troubleshooting expertise in technology hardware and software support.
You will have strong proficiency in Microsoft PC management tools, including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Active Directory.
You will hold an ITIL Foundation certificate and relevant Microsoft certifications.
You will have experience with ITSM environments like ServiceNow and a proven track record of leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, with flexibility to work occasional hours outside standard schedules and travel between sites within the region.
