Role description
We are part of the Client Lifecycle Management Technology group, responsible for delivering change supporting a major key deliverable for the bank. CLM plays an integral part in Deutsche Bank's first line of defense against financial crime by defining and sustaining the KYC Lifecycle requirements. You will be responsible for managing a project to enable DB to offboard Clients in a centralised, controlled and regulatory-compliant workflow. You will thrive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines, often with changing priorities.

Your key responsibilities
Provide a maximum of 5 bullet points detailing key accountabilities, managerial/leadership responsibilities, day to day activities and systems that will be used
• Working closely with the Delivery Lead, Product Owner and key stakeholders to oversee and manage the change portfolio
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate governance
• Ensuring that all projects adhere to established Change Governance Framework
• Overseeing and tracking of all project plans, collaborating with other team members to understand and achieve sprint goals
• Monitoring and tracking book of work progress and assisting with reporting to stakeholders on status of delivery, risks, issues and potential delays
Your skills and experience
Provide a maximum of 5 bullet points detailing relevant, essential qualifications/skills/experience/qualities
• Experience of working within a KYC or customer data change management function
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output
• Knowledge gained in Financial Services environments, for example products, instruments, trade lifecycles, regulation, risk, financial reporting or accounting
• Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and experience with know your client (KYC) data structures/data flows is preferred
• Experience working in Agile project delivery environment is beneficial, including hands on experience in project/program management
• Experience in the Jira and Clarity tools
