We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Validation Engineer to join us on our mission to revolutionise healthcare.

As a Senior Validation Engineer at AROA, you will play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing equipment and systems are validated and maintained in a compliant and efficient state. You will collaborate across development, production, engineering, and quality functions to support the implementation of new equipment and processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and maximising operational reliability.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and perform equipment and facility qualification and validation activities in line with internal procedures and GMP standards.
Write, review and approve validation protocols, user requirement specifications (URS), and related documentation.
Support implementation and validation of new equipment and systems, liaising with Production, Engineering, and Development teams.
Review and approve change controls to ensure the validated state of existing equipment is maintained.
Identify and implement improvements to validation systems, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and corrective actions related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE or equivalent) or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience qualifying manufacturing equipment in a commercial production environment (essential).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years focused on equipment validation.
Strong understanding of validation principles and GMP compliance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
