Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled event professional to join our team at Shobiz Experiential. As an Executive Event Director, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing internal and external resources, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve event goals.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the event planning and production industry.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in event planning and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams to achieve event goals.
