Job Title: Senior Event Strategist
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Job Summary:
Plan, manage, and execute corporate sponsorships, events, and hospitality initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of events that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic event plans and coordinate execution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Oversee corporate and executive events, including program design and production.
• Implement strategies to grow brand awareness through sponsorships and events.
• Track metrics and assess event effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Experience: 5+ years in corporate event planning.
• Skills: Project management, event planning, hospitality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Experience with sports marketing and advanced event coordination.
Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days in Canton office).
