Basic Function

Responsible for carrying out various Admin tasks tasks involving email communication, data entry into systems, work allocation and various other tasks in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures and standards.

Follow appropriate Operating procedure
Meet quality goals
Meet office time service goals
Monitor e-mails, and respond in a timely manner
Send reports to clients
Handle additional duties as assigned

Competencies

Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
Domain experience in Homeowner/ Commercial Insurance (Preferred but not mandatory)
Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Skills Requirement

Technical Skills (Minimum)

Proficient with computer systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Typing Speed of at least 30 WPM and +0% accuracy
