1. RTD (Recruit-Train-Deploy)- DSC (District Skill Committee): Organize job fairs by coordinating with the respective District skill committee / District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises as per the requirements of employers
Example:
Job fairs for Amazon Delivery Partners. Maintain a good rapport with district skill committee / District Buru o Employment & Enterprises Pan

Placements:
Collect workforce demands from Employers and maintain a pan
• India demand aggregation in xl files.
Update LSC Placement Portal with the demands received from Employers on a daily basis.
Do a workforce demand-supply mapping, follow-up with Training Partners & HRS of Employers and ensure that the details of the placed candidates are updated in the LSC Placement portal.
Collect offer letters of the selected candidates and save so that they can be easily accessible when needed.
Support placement requirements of other departments (Example:
Academics) as and when required
3 Industry Interactions:
Coordinate with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or State Skill Development Missions to facilitate Workshops/ Demand Aggregation / Meetings ( Physical / Virtual) within the stipulated time.
Provide data requested by NSDC/State Missions with regards to the vacancies/job fairs conducted/ any other information related to the logistics sector as required by the management.
Maintain a good rapport with Employers pan
• India and create/maintain a database of the same
