Designation - Senior Executive / AM - Planning and Coordination
Key Purpose of the job :
Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.
Operational deliverables:
• Detailed Construction Program Preparation including Scheduling and Tracking
• Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost reports. (Daily/Weekly/ Monthly)
• Resource Management- Requirement analysis and follow-ups
• Coordinate & facilitate smooth & timely delivery of drawings, decisions to ensure Zero Stoppage of Construction
• Able to analyse delay /shortfall and Prepare catch-up plan taking into account progress of work at site
• Develop project-specific planning procedures in line with the established Company procedures and ensure compliance.
• Gather data and information and collate these into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator / Project
• Understand the sequence/workflow of construction activities of our project lifecycle
• Determining Manpower, equipment and materials required as per project lifecycle.
• Desired Candidate Profile :
BE (Civil) with 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial space
Working knowledge of planning tools like MSP/ Microsoft Office/ Autocad.
Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle
