We are looking for an energetic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B solution selling and be comfortable dealing with senior professionals in client organisations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sale and post-sale cycle.
Who You Are:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales in industries such as: Commercial interiors, Security systems, IT hardware, Branding/activation agencies, Turnkey interiors, Industrial equipment, or Enterprise software
• Exposure to selling to large organisations, ideally those with multiple branches or locations
• Experience dealing with senior professionals in various departments – not all, but some of: Admin, Purchase, HR, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Projects, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
• Quick learner who can adapt to new sectors, solutions, and client challenges
• Open to feedback, training, and self-improvement
• Willing to travel within the region or across states when required
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and pitch branding/rollout solutions to corporates in target industries like banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, education, logistics, etc.
• Sell to mid-to-senior-level personnel across departments such as Administration, Marketing, Purchase, HR, Finance, Engineering, or Projects
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, client servicing, backend) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, pipeline, and feedback
• Meet sales targets while ensuring a high standard of relationship management
