About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide high-level, confidential support to the Office of the Executive Director, focusing on correspondence management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide high-level, confidential, independent, consistent, and timely support to the Office of the Executive Director in a complex, fast-paced, and sensitive environment.
Support and manage business processes and reporting related to executive correspondence, ensuring compliance with departmental policy and procedures in consultation with the CKW Executive and Leadership teams, and coordinate resolution of contentious, time-critical, or confidential matters as required by the Office of the Executive Director.
Facilitate strong professional relationships with senior executives, managers and support staff within CKW and across Metro North, and key external stakeholders.
Research, coordinate, and prepare correspondence, briefing papers, reports, submissions, and recommendations on complex and sensitive matters, ensuring high standards in production through quality assurance activities on behalf of the Office of the Executive Director.
