Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch and Logistics Operator. Other day-to-day tasks may include organizing schedules, communicating with customers and vendors, and tracking inventory.
Qualifications
Experience in phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Experience in dispatching and logistics operations
Track record of achieving customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Experience or knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
