Job Description: • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR related matters. • Assist in Performance Management activities of the department – Goal Setting, Perf reviews, Calibration, Hi Po identification, Annual merit Pay review, IDPs, etc. • Partner with managers and L&D team to gather learning and development needs and execute effective training interventions. • Help line managers deal with organizational, people and change related matters. • Review existing HR processes, research best practices in similar organizations, apply insights to improvise HR programs. • Conceptualize & implement Department linked HR Initiatives to positively influence Department effectiveness and employee engagement. • Analyze employee engagement surveys, provide actionable insights to leaders and managers, design department level action items and follow through. • Lead the People Analytics and HR dashboards. Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports – attrition, engagement, training, exit feedback, performance management. • Identify and effectively resolve personnel issues through various pulse forums such as surveys, focused group discussions, skip meetings, or/ and any other formats that might be necessary. • Investigate employee concerns, grievances, or reports and provide guidance for resolution. • Lead all engagement activities for the department. • Should be able to effectively execute all ER and disciplinary cases. Qualifications • Postgraduate degree in Human resources. • 4-6 years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a tech organization. Required Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Able to articulate his/ her thoughts with clarity. • Excellent Problem-Solving and Strong People Skills • Intermediate/ advance skills in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams • Agile mindset, being comfortable and responsive to organizational changes
