Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding / off boarding and associated processes.
• Employee leave management on HR system.
• Drive programs like rewards and recognition, employee surveys.
• Managing employee Background Verifications.
• Drive and provide support in areas including but not limited to recruitment, personnel records, employee and/or labour relations, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special HR projects.
• Help and support in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies.
• Support HR Business Partners in performance management initiatives
• Review, update, and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
• Support HR Managers with daily communication with internal business units/functions
• Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Oversee other on-going HR operational activities

Desired Role:
• The candidate should have minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations
• Proven business acumen with good HR awareness
• Should have strong understanding in operational side and different aspects of HR
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree

MBA / Post Graduation in HR
