Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, results-driven, and experienced candidate to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, the candidate will work closely with managers to provide comprehensive HR support across various departments. As a trusted support, you will collaborate on HR initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & HRMS management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and effective Stakeholder Collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, and attracting top talent for South region across functions for Junior till middle management positions.
Utilize expertise in sourcing resumes, candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection of candidate to meet business needs.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align with Talent Acquisition requirements.
Advanced knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri.
Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization as per induction plan.
Coordinate orientation programs and ensure adherence and compliance with company policies and regulations.
HR Operations & HRMS Management:
Manage end to end Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Exit management modules on HCM/HRMS platforms like (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle, People Strong, Darwin Box).
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HCM systems experience is a must have.
Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and training to optimize HR processes.
Maintain and improve HR operations efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Prepare and analyse HR data/MIS and provide insights wrt key HR process indicators for HR Head review.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, offering guidance to managers on setting performance goals, evaluation & feedback, and addressing any performance-related issues.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and conflict resolution. Help drive initiatives to maintain and improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
