The IT Administrator role involves taking responsibility for the successful management and maintenance of systems and services while maintaining a high level of customer (internal) satisfaction. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimising key functional areas, particularly cloud, server and network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and process problems in a timely, efficient and effective fashion.

What we are looking for ?
• Proficiency in providing end-user assistance.
• Proficiency in user management.
• Competency in network administration, including firewall and VPN management.
• Capability and experience in vendor management.
• Experience of maintaining servers.
• Proficiency in supporting or the ability to support web conferencing tools such as WebEx or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
What you will do?
• Providing desktop support for both Windows and Mac, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Managing antivirus software.
• Overseeing Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Handling printer-related tasks.
• Ensuring network security.
• Troubleshooting both hardware and operating system issues.
• Managing user provisioning.
• Demonstrating proficiency with G-Suite administration.
• Effectively managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, managed switches, and access points.
• Implementing patch management procedures.
• Efficiently managing vendors.
• Taking charge of server management.
• Providing general network support, including LAN maintenance and firewall adjustments.
• Assisting with internet service provider interactions.
• Offering support for wireless access points.
• Applying Linux expertise, including installation, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills and resourcefulness while collaborating effectively with others.
• Understand and adhere to IT policies.
• Maintain organized records and evidence of IT activities.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
• Handle vendor management, encompassing the entire invoice processing cycle, from initiation to finalization.
• Provide support on various IT-related projects as required
