Roles and Responsibilities Coordinating in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products. Conceptualizing visual merchandising displays, high-end store Image. Planning and monitoring store operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control. Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Attending to customers complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them. Works closely with customers to determine their needs.Serve customers by helping them select products.Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling & sharing product knowledge.Build productive trust relationship with customers.Greets & receives customers in a welcoming manner.Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Candidate with good communication skill with pleasing personality is essential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & we need only local candidates who belongs to Ahmedabad, Surat & Vadodara location. Retail Experience in Watches, jewellery, Brand Apparel, Luxury Store, hospitality etc., Freshers can also apply. Education: UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
