We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Executive/Sr. Executive to support our Talent Acquisition efforts and HR operations.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive/AM with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (70%) and General HR Operations (30%).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys recruiting for mid-level positions, and is eager to contribute to broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition (70%):
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-level roles across functions
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
• HR Operations (30%):
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes
• Support in policy implementation, HR documentation, and compliance
• Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 6+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to manage multiple mid-level hiring mandates
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing teams
