Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our growing team and support revenue operations. The Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Operations will report to the Director of FP&A, and have a dotted line of reporting to the Head of Sales. You will play a critical cross-functional role across both Sales/Revenue Operations and Finance, and support our sales forecasting, sales KPI, sales process enablement and improvements.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of FP&A and sales operations, and is eager to drive impact in an exciting and dynamic robotics technology company.


This is a remote role based in Canada in Eastern Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecast update process for sales and customer success teams. Review budget vs. actual performance with sales and customer success leaders.
Sales and Customer Success Metrics and Dashboards: Design, track and analyze sales metrics (budget vs. actual, win rate, conversion rate, pipeline health analysis, CAC, NPS, churn rates) and present dashboards to senior business leadership
Sales deal desk support: support sales and customer success teams in pricing, margin analysis, customer ROI calculation and structuring deals as well as leading sales deals discussion with leadership
Sales Commission: work with Head of sales and senior business leadership to design sales commission plan; calculate sales commissions and communicate to sellers
Salesforce and Gong Administration: maintain and ensure the accuracy of the data and dashboards in Salesforce and Gong, train sales team users on proper usage of the Salesforce and Gong
Sales Strategy and Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives in the Sales and Customer Success departments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Min of 5 years experience in FP&A or Rev Ops field, with 2-3 years of experience in a FP&A sales support role
Superior financial modeling and data analysis skills
Excellent communication skills and business acumen for cross-functional collaboration across Sales and Finance, and presentation skills for senior leadership
Hands-on experience building out dashboards in Salesforce, or other BI platforms
Solid experience with Salesforce (reporting,dashboards,data analysis). Previous experience with Gong is a plus
Self-motivated and proactive in proposing improvements.
