The Private Wealth Advisor position at Ronald Blue & Co. is a key leadership role that involves providing exceptional service to clients and driving business growth. As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and enhance our professional presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and innovative marketing techniques.
• Client Service: Deliver world-class service to clients by providing expert financial guidance, interpreting and delivering new financial plans, and offering ongoing counsel and support.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, where team members feel valued and supported in their growth and development.
• Professional Development: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning and wealth management.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to mitigate risk and maintain a high level of integrity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Planner and/or Financial Advisor.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, or CFA designation (preferred).
