Position Overview:

As a Senior Flutter Developer at UNFYD, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our product vision to life and enhance the user experience. Develop mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience across various devices and screen s

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code.

Write clean, modular, and testable code, following best practices and design patterns to ensure the reliability and scalability of the applications.

You will be building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase.

Optimize the performance of applications, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and potential issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter and mobile development technologies, and recommend integration of new tools and libraries where appropriate.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions.

Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-6 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter.

Solid understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework internals.

Experience with state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.

Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Flutter applications.

Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and a keen eye for design details.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.

Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred:

Experience with platform-specific native development (Android/iOS).

Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.

Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Knowledge of backend development and cloud services integration.
