Key Skills
• Experience: 10+ years designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks - React, NextJs, Remix.
• Architecture & Design:Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture and reusable components
• API Integration:Implement backend services, APIs, and server-side logic using Node.js
• Collaboration:Work with UX/UI Designers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and exceptional user experiences.
• Testing & QA: Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright)and Implement automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Performance Optimization:Ensure high-quality releases through code reviews, continuous integration, and rigorous testing practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Mentorship:Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. This role involves working across the entire stack, from frontend user interfaces to backend services and databases, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. They also provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, maintaining high system performance.
• Make strategic technology decisions, including the selection of frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security at both frontend and backend levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with Redux, nextJs
