We're now looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team and bring our campaigns to life visually.

What You'll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize and design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms

•⁠ ⁠Design impactful and scroll-stopping thumbnails, landing page mockups, mood boards, and social media visuals

•⁠ ⁠Understand marketing goals and translate briefs into visually compelling assets

•⁠ ⁠Keep up with design trends, audience psychology, and platform-specific best practices

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with the performance marketing and content teams to optimize creative output for campaigns and social media.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints

•⁠ ⁠Take complete ownership of your design projects—from ideation to final delivery

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of professional design experience in a marketing or startup environment

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing experience in ad creatives, thumbnails, landing pages, and social media content

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, audience attention span, color theory, and typography

•⁠ ⁠Awareness of modern design trends on Instagram, YouTube, and web design

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly

Bonus if You Have:

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with performance marketing teams or D2C brands

•⁠ ⁠Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

•⁠ ⁠Interest in tech/startup culture and online education
