Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Fantasy Sports Platform team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing creative visual solutions for social media and ad campaigns. Also, this individual should have previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative ideas for creative designs, visual campaigns, and visual identities for social media and ad campaigns.

Design creative content, including but not limited to logos, banners, videos, illustrations, infographics, and animations.

Manage and lead a team of graphic designers, providing mentorship and direction, and ensuring the team produces high-quality designs that meet the brand's standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to design relevant and engaging visuals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide innovative ideas, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and implement them to improve the company's design processes and workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

graphic design experience, focusing at least 4 to 5 years on social media and ad campaigns.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, design principles, and visual storytelling.

Experience leading and managing a team of graphic designers.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to produce high-quality designs.
