Sr. Graphic Designer - Gamesys11 (3-5 years experience) About Gamesys11: Gamesys Fantasy Private Limited is a young and passionate startup shaking up the Indian fantasy sports gaming industry. Founded just one year ago, we're on a mission to bring an innovative and engaging fantasy sports platform to market. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where everyone wears multiple hats. The Role: We are searching for a talented and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling visual assets across all our digital touchpoints. This includes our website, app, app store optimization (ASO) materials, social media graphics, advertisements, marketing materials, and more. Responsibilities: • Develop high-quality graphics for all digital platforms, including website, app, app store screenshots and icons (ASO), social media posts (static and animated - Reels/Shorts), banners, marketing creatives, and more. • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements. • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices. • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. • Possess strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role. • Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging graphic design for web, mobile app, and marketing purposes. • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices (e.g., layout, typography, color theory). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for the gaming industry (a plus). Bonus Points: • Experience with animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) best practices. • Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
