Key Responsibilities:

 Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

 Video Editing: Produce, edit, and finalize engaging video content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media, utilizing advanced editing techniques and software.

 Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design projects from inception to completion.

 Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity through innovative design solutions that resonate with our target audience.

 Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.

 Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality of output and bring fresh ideas to the team.

 Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a technology or consumer products environment.

 Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.

 Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and video editing samples.

 Excellent visual storytelling skills with an understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
