Job description
Safety Excellence and Compliance

We are looking for a highly experienced EHS professional to lead our organization's safety efforts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHS policies and procedures, investigating incidents, and developing corrective action plans. They will also work closely with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

A strong understanding of HSE systems, excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver training programs are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to stay up-to-date with the latest EHS regulations and industry best practices, coordinating with regulatory bodies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Investigate safety incidents and develop corrective action plans

Requirements:
• 14+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in Oil & Gas
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Masters preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
