Job description
This senior HR advisor role is responsible for managing a central shared service HR model, providing expert advice, and supporting the implementation of HR initiatives.
Main Accountabilities:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent, high-quality HR advisory services.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
Maintain accurate records and reports to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
