What does a Senior HR Manager do at Hogarth?
The HR Manager will overseeing a variety of functions and helping set the tone and culture of the office. General areas of responsibility include employee relations, systems management, payroll and benefits administration, talent acquisition reporting and data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as an interal consultant for resolving employee relations issues. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Align business support strategy with business needs in order to develop and drive results
• Proactively assess, and create short term solutions to business needs while also solving for long term problems through root cause analysis and improvement.
• Ensure that HR is a safe place to solve employee relations issues and provide guidance
• Help manage conflict and creatively resolve issues to mitigate risk
• Surtace emplovee issues to management as appropnate
• Be innovative, a champion for change and assist in implementing new polices and
grosrallis as douropriale
• Make informed recommendations on policies, systems and structure that will benefit our business as a whole Work closely with talent acquisition to manage resource planning and pools: ensure business changes are communicated clean and timely. assist with the budgeting and planning process, and provide back-up talent acquisition support as required.
• Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner.
• Lead data management process to ensure data integrity, conduct data analysis and interpretation, tracking and reporting
• Oversee all HR functions, including benefits, compensation, training, immigration, and talent acquisition and management
• Partner with the Pavrol Administrator to ensure attective communication between departments to manage all employee data & payments.
• Analyze exit interviews and turnover for trends to enhance emplovee satistaction and engagement
• Participate in ine annual compensation review process
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (including minimum 7 years full employee lite cycle operations and 3 years pavroll and benetits management)
• Manages full employee life cycle operations involving hire onboarding, transition and
termination
• People partner to functional studio managers.
• Evaluates, recommends and Implements HRIS tools and worktiows with integrations ic corporate Hogarth and other functional teams (e.g. Operations, Finance)
• Excellent influence, negotiation with manager and employee coaching skills
• Strong client relationship skills including dealing with multiple stakeholders around onboarding and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries including those related to benefits, policies and payroll among other HR areas
• Partner with internal and external expertise centers to solve problems and to execute on corporate initiatives
• Monthly HR reporting to operations, finance and functional studio management
• Facilitates Manager and Employee training programs
• Responsible for staying abreast of all local, state and federal laws as they relate to employee policies and programs
