About the Role: In the role of Senior HR Service Delivery Representative, you'll leverage your specialized skills to evaluate and address non-standard HR operational issues. You'll be a key resource for administering HR programs and ensuring efficient HR service delivery. Responsibilities: • Process and troubleshoot complex payroll, benefits, and HR transactions. • Escalate and resolve non-standard employee inquiries. • Maintain and audit detailed employee records in HR systems. • Ensure adherence to service standards and implement enhancements. • Act as a liaison with HR program managers to support program delivery. • Contribute to policy development and procedural documentation. • Analyze HR data to support decision making. • Lead HR service improvement projects. • Provide training and support to junior team members. • Prepare advanced HR metrics and performance reports. Skills: • Thorough Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in complex transactions. • Enhanced Communication Skills: Effectively liaising with various stakeholders. • Specialized HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of specific HR areas. • Advanced Problem-Solving: Addressing non-standard issues and finding solutions. • Data Analysis: Proficient in interpreting HR data and metrics. • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing enhancements. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of HRIS and analytical tools. • Mentorship: Supporting and guiding junior associates. • Requires in-depth knowledge and is multi-skilled or has specialized skills of operational or administrative processes achieved through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience • Takes a broad perspective to evaluate operational or administrative non-standard problems; identifies patterns from partial/conflicting data to help identify and implement solutions • Completes a variety of operational or administrative work assignments under limited supervision following general instruction for new or special assignments • Communicates potentially sensitive information with other departments and/or outside organizations • May serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
