Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of Cornerstone Content Anytime across WSP globally, on both Oracle and other regional systems as needed
With Cornerstone already rolled out in most WSP locations, this position entails ensuring the success of its integration and deployment in the remaining countries, as well as maximizing its use across the business
You will act as the primary global liaison and SME for the Cornerstone platform, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing WSP's return on investment
This position reports to the Global Director, Talent Development, Inclusion & Diversity, who is based in the UK, and so flexibility around time zones will sometimes be required
Act as the key coordinator between regional talent teams, IT, Project Horizon (Oracle) and Global HR
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Be the global point of contact for the Cornerstone product, fostering strong relationships across geographies
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders globally, adapting to different time zones as needed
Provide hands-on technical expertise in Cornerstone and the Oracle HCM Cloud integration
Manage learning journeys, course curation, training records, and measure ROI of the Cornerstone product
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Cornerstone, Oracle, and other regional systems
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within the Cornerstone Project
Develop and maintain documentation for HCM integrations

This Opportunity
WSP is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional with expertise in Cornerstone to join our Global People team as a Senior HR Systems Specialist. This pivotal role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension. The position is flexible in location and can be based in WSP's East Coast offices in the USA.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of Cornerstone Content Anytime across WSP globally, on both Oracle and other regional systems as needed. With Cornerstone already rolled out in most WSP locations, this position entails ensuring the success of its integration and deployment in the remaining countries, as well as maximizing its use across the business.
Having completed the technical groundwork for this project, we are in search of a proactive team player capable of forging strong relationships across various geographies. You will act as the primary global liaison and SME for the Cornerstone platform, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing WSP's return on investment.
