Responsibilities
This role supports the intake, prioritization, and communication of work across the Corporate HRBP Organization and is responsible for helping to develop and operationalize the deliverables and strategy owned by the Head of the Corporate HRBP Team
Additionally you’ll be working on both strategic and tactical work across various talent projects and initiatives, serving as a listening mechanism for Team Members, synthesizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and performing localized HR processes
Support the intake mechanism and prioritization of work that funnels into the HRBP Org
Support multiple HRBP teams in their efforts to achieve their strategic road map
Review and analyze data to identify trends, drive engagement, and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and Team Member experience
Manage the delivery of key initiatives
Create summaries and templates to communicate the team’s output and progress to share with internal partners
Identify and call out issues as appropriate to the Head of Corp HRBP
Assist with creation of whitepapers, FAQs, communications, and other key documents that tie to overall HR Experience & Operations strategy
Own the completion of various types of interviews/focus groups (exit, stay, new hires, round-tables, etc.); Synthesize information and provide feedback
Serve as a project coordinator for talent initiatives and as a strategic support role
Help to ensure consistent understanding and approach to problem solving across the Corp HRBP Team
Partner across HR Centers of Excellence to drive processes and results; Drive ongoing process improvements
Generate different types of correspondence
Support and actively engage in any other HRBP team tasks and initiatives as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication; High quality document and report preparation

What You'll Need:
