Urgently looking for a Sr. HR Generalist Executive with DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY experience of up to 2 years.
PS: The job will be performed in the office in Mumbai, Santacruz. Immediate joiner will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Develop compensation and benefits plans
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process & and host in-house recruitment events
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Organize learning and development programs
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances promptly
• Update and maintain employee information in the System and personal files
• Conduct an orientation program for all newly hired employees and counselling employees as and when required.
• Overseeing the employee's termination process.
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
• Analyzing and monitoring all the department's budgets.
• Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
• Implementing different ways to promote a job opening (through job portals, social media channels and passive recruitment approaches)
• Creating job descriptions for various roles.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or internal reference, headhunting.
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with the department heads.
• Designing a monthly performance system and accumulating it to evaluate the annual performance appraisal of employees.
• Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
• Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
• Preparing Final settlements, leaves, salary, and all employee benefits.
• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, etc.
• Celebrations -Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other events. - Developing employee engagement programs, administering a welcome e-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiating regular Birthday mailers & and celebration policy.
• Considering employee grievances and requests and compiling them to put across the management
