About the Job:

We're seeking an energetic and organized HR Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Responsibilities:
• Participate in full-cycle recruitment processes
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and attendance tracking systems
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
• Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (internships/freelance work included)

Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
