Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The manager will play a critical role in implementing HR strategies to support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage,
