Sr. HR Manager
Job description
The role will play a strategic role to define and implement HR initiatives for the group's tissue/personal care products businesses in India.

Reporting to the Country Head, the role will work on conceptualising HR strategies and executing them to produce tangible business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Engage and align with business heads to formulate short to long term strategic HR plans in support of business and infrastructure project goals
Work with business stakeholders and HR teams to execute HR plans to produce tangible and sustainable business performance
Build and develop human resource organization to support sustainable biz growth
Ensure HR plans are aligned to the organization values
Lead and facilitate culture integration programs
Manage HR harmonization project with Parent group
Play a leading role in talent acquisition and management and drive key HR processes – Manpower budgeting, performance management and talent development, employee engagement mandates

Requirements
At least 8 years of proven hands-on HRBP experience working in a MNC or large corporate environment with manufacturing assets
Possessed deep understanding in Compensation and Benefit (C&B)
Strong knowledge and exposure of handling Industrial Relations (IR)
Possessed deep working knowledge of India's HR practices and manpower regulations
Some exposure to Tissue, Personal Care and FMCG domain preferred
Strong key stakeholder engagement skills is a pre-requisite
Has successfully manage across diverse culture and operating environments
Possess good communication and presentation skills
Business savvy and able to translate business needs to HR plans
Mobile and willing to travel
Good team player and strong management skills
A good degree in any specialization


Additional Information:
Office location is in Bangalore Head Office (Sanjayanagara area)
Working days are from Monday to Saturday from 09.30 am – 06.00 pm, no WFH, no hybrid work.
