Location : Vadgaon Budruk,Pune
Qualification : MBA/PGDM/MSW - HR
Experience : 5+ Years.

Recruitment & Administration
• Coordinate with HO for scheduling the interview process with stakeholders.
• Follow-up with shortlisted candidates for documentation process and verification.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Handle On Boarding process of new employees and complete their documentation process
• Administering regular updating of employees personal records
• Responsible for maintenance of personal files.
• Handling Field staff related queries and issues.
• Monitoring time attendance and leave management across the levels.
• Arrangement of housing accommodation and canteen.
• Schedule and co-ordinate for various training programme with head office
• Maintain and tracking Pre and Post training programme MIS.
Payroll & FNF
• Coordinating and following up with head office for the monthly inputs
• End to End processing of Payroll and ensure the timely payment of salary to all employees.
• Validating the payroll inputs and correcting the error, ensuring timely closure of payroll process and timely disbursal of salary.
• Preparing fresh inputs and validating the settlement sheet..
Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
• Should have knowledge of Factory Act and Shops & Establishment Act.
• Timely processing and submission of all statutory payments like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.
• Maintaining a tracker for all required mandatory statutory related documents for PF & Gratuity.And for PF transfer & withdrawal applications.
• Maintaining of all statutory documents like Challans, receipts, etc.
• Coordinate and follow up with Head Office for Statutory activities.
• Handling Audits and Inspections under various statutory laws
• Collating, analyzing and reporting any non-compliance observations to management
• Filing of annual returns under various Labour Law (Annually, Half Yearly, Quarterly & Monthly).
• Visiting Labour office, PF office, etc for statutory related activities
• Maintaining all the statutory registers (Wage, attendance, leave, Maternity, Overtime and Advance registers) as per the requirement.
• Liasioning with government departments.
COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION
• Preparing complete set of Compliance documents starts from Form VIII/Muster Roll/ Wage Register/ Leave Register/ Register of Employees/ PF ECR/ Payment Declaration/ PF-ESIC Declaration/ Accident Register/ Maternity Register
• Monthly compliance Audit document coordination with Head Office
• Keeping tracker for all licenses so before due date process will start for renewals.
• One point contact for officer deputed at project sites
