Job Title: Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition at our Hosur plant. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and support functions, as well as supporting strategic hiring needs at the corporate and global levels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Hosur operations, sales, purchase, production, quality, maintenance, R&D, logistics, and support functions.
• Collaborate with functional heads and site leadership to assess workforce needs and build hiring plans.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, campus hiring, field visits, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Drive white-collar roles and few positions of blue-collar, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory norms.
• Build strong partnerships with ITIs, training institutes, and regional hiring partners to develop a steady talent pipeline.
• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews; coordinate technical rounds, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports for weekly and monthly review.
• Support recruitment for corporate and international teams across sales, design, and R&D when required.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and contribute to making Pacific Surfaces a preferred employer in the region.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR or related field preferred.
• 3–8 years of recruitment experience, with minimum 3 years in manufacturing setup.
• Proven track record in hiring across technical and non-technical domains.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools a plus.
• High ownership mindset with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
